Titles are searchable in the
Scott County Library
Catalog. There
is a circulating collection of self-help titles available in the Law
Library and in all the Scott County Library System branches.
The
Scott County Law Library contains a working collection of basic
legal materials. Included in the collection of more than 3,000
volumes are Minnesota Session Laws, Statutes and Laws; the Minnesota
Statutes Annotated; the North Western reporters; and selected
continuing legal education materials.

Public Records, Internet, and Westlaw Computers:
Three
public workstations with an attached printer are available in the
Law Library for Public Records and Internet access. Printing
is $.10 per page for black and white, $.50 per page for color.
You are responsible for all you print. The
Scott County Law Library subscribes to a wide selection of Westlaw
databases. Access to Westlaw is free on two of the three public
terminals.
The library also has a Minnesota Courts Self-Help kiosk
computer.
Photocopying:
The law library has a photocopier for public use. Copies
are $.10 per page (single sided only), and are black and white
(no color). Legal-sized paper is
available.
Faxing:
The law library will send faxes out for the public for $2 per page
to local calling areas.
