Event cancellations and changes sometimes happen -  check the

Weather Cancellations

If local schools close due to weather, morning children’s events that day are cancelled; call the host library for the status of afternoon or evening events. Information may also appear on our social media outlets and in the calendar.

The Legacy Fund

Some of our events are funded by the 
Minnesota Legacy Amendment Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.

This fund helps provide literacy, Minnesota history, visual, performing and media arts, and cultural programs to libraries and other community institutions working with local arts and culture organizations, historical societies, and artists.
